YUIICHIMI chilli, yuzu peel and sea salt, all from Karatsu, Saga, Japan.
Rare even in Japan, this dry-style yuzu kosho adds bright yuzu aroma and clean chilli heat with just a light sprinkle.

Japanese heirloom chilli
The only chilli used in YUIICHIMI products is Kumataka, grown without pesticides in Karatsu, Saga.
This particular line has been preserved by one family for over 100 years.
